VOTERS LIST INFORMATION
The names of all registered voters in Mobile County may be viewed via the Mobile County Probate Court's Internet website at www.probate.mobilecountyal.gov.
Mobile County's voters list is maintained by the Mobile County Board of Registrars. It is updated daily. Alabama law prohibits any changes to the voters list within 10 days of an election.
Political parties and municipalities may obtain the voters list (including information that is not publicly available, such as date of birth, date of registration, gender, mailing address, phone number, precinct designation, precinct name, race, registrant ID #, registrant name, registrant status, and residential address) at cost. Ala Code § 17-3-53 (1975). The voter information is supplied on a CD (unless otherwise requested) in a Excel spreadsheet format.
Pursuant to Ala. Code § 17-4-35 (1975), members of the general public as well as candidates for political office, must now order voters lists through the Office of the Secretary of State.
