MOBILE COUNTY TO CONDUCT PUBLIC TESTING OF VOTING EQUIPMENT FOR THE AUGUST 11TH SPECIAL PRIMARY ELECTION
MOBILE, Ala. — Mobile County Probate Court will conduct public testing of voting equipment to be used in the August 11, 2026 Special Primary Election on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.
Beginning at 8:15 a.m., Probate Court personnel will test, verify, and seal the voting equipment that will be deployed to Mobile County polling locations. Equipment being tested includes the Election Systems & Software (ES&S) DS200 Precinct Ballot Counters and ExpressVote Ballot Marking Devices.

Time: 8:15 a.m.
Location: Mobile County Voting Machine Warehouse
1150 North Schillinger Road
Mobile, Alabama
Additionally, at 9:30 a.m., Probate Court personnel will conduct testing of Mobile County’s absentee ballot tabulation system.

Both testing sessions are open to the public and are conducted to ensure all voting equipment and ballot tabulation systems are functioning properly and accurately prior to Election Day.
