MOBILE COUNTY TO CONDUCT PUBLIC TESTING OF VOTING EQUIPMENT FOR JUNE 16 ALABAMA STATEWIDE PRIMARY RUNOFF ELECTION

 

MOBILE, Ala. — Mobile County Probate Court will conduct public testing of voting equipment to be used in the June 16, 2026 Alabama Statewide Primary Runoff Election on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.

 

Beginning at 8:15 a.m., Probate Court personnel will test, verify, and seal the voting equipment that will be deployed to Mobile County polling locations. Equipment being tested includes the Election Systems & Software (ES&S) DS200 Precinct Ballot Counters and ExpressVote Ballot Marking Devices.

Additionally, at 9:30 a.m., Probate Court personnel will conduct testing of Mobile County’s absentee ballot tabulation system.

Both testing sessions are open to the public and are conducted to ensure all voting equipment and ballot tabulation systems are functioning properly and accurately prior to Election Day.
