Welcome to the Records Division of the Probate Court of Mobile County, Alabama
Probate Court’s Online Records Search system utilizes advanced search technology with multiple search options called Landmark WEB. Landmark WEB includes access to real property records (1813-present), estate claims filed in Recording through July 1st, 2013, marriage records (indexed 1813-present, viewable September 2019 to present), and election records.
Landmark WEB will allow users to register for access to sign-in and search among 5+ million documents along with the option to purchase said images via eCommerce functionality. Access to register and search the Land Records index remains FREE, however the ability to view and purchase images will be charged at $0.10 per page. Images paid at this rate are available for download and printing for 10 days following the date of purchase. High-volume users may opt to purchase a monthly subscription where all images will be available. These subscriptions may be purchased in monthly increments for $125 per month and up to two years in advance.
