Alabama Act 2024-104 - Guidance for Municipal Candidates

  • Effective June 1st, 2024, Alabama Act 2024-104 changed the Fair Campaign Practices Act (FCPA) reporting requirements for municipal candidates. The above referenced guide is provided by the Elections Division of the Office of the Secretary of State and provides information on the reporting requirements and procedures going forward.
