Voting in Mobile County

Welcome to the Probate Court's Voter Information Page, which is provided with the assistance of the Mobile County Board of Registrars and the State of Alabama's Office of the Secretary of State.

Requirements to register to vote:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older and a United States citizen, and
  • You must live at the address provided on your application to register, and
  • You must not be barred from voting by reason of a felony conviction, and
  • You must not have been judged "mentally incompetent" in a court of law.
